Retail Assistant/Estimator

We have a vacancy for a full/part-time experienced Estimator/Retail Assistant for the Carpet and Flooring Company to join our small very friendly and hardworking team based in Farnborough.
This is a varied position involving customer liaison, helping offloading deliveries of carpet and flooring, van driving for deliveries and appointments.

Day-to-day duties will include:
· Dealing with customers in the shop
· Answer telephone and email enquires
. Placing orders
· Loading and unloading flooring deliveries
· Driving company van for deliveries (when required)
· Carrying out quotations and creating estimates
Skills Required:
· You will come from a flooring retail/trade background
· Full Driving licence (Essential)
· Heavy lifting will be required
· Computer literate
· To be thorough and pay attention to detail
· The ability to work well with others
· To be flexible and open to change
· A team player
· A good level of written and spoken English
. Parking on-site

Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm and alternate Saturdays or on part-time basis hours to be agreed.
Salary: £19,000 – £29,000 per annum pro-rata for part-time based on experience.
